Company Profile

Our mission: is to work with and for educators to improve outcomes for learners.

How we work with you

Playback aims to support educators in a rapidly changing educational environment, where new policies and expectations can place significant pressure on school communities. The drive to meet ever-increasing expectation, not only in inclusion, equality, health, wellbeing, and attainment, but also in fostering a positive ethos is relentless.

Playback responds to these challenges by listening to educators’ needs and creating practical resources and programmes such as wellbeing tools, accredited awards, and data tracking systems to help schools improve outcomes for all learners, reduce staff workload, and turn policy into meaningful practice.

In realising our ambitions we:

  • Promote the belief that children should go to a school that meets their needs.
  • Prioritize wellbeing for children and staff.
  • Uphold freedom, encourage curiosity and respect.
  • Promote active citizenship.
  • Value expertise, authenticity, generosity, inspiration, innovation, empowerment, and informed decision-making.
  • Support good teaching practices.
  • Foster personal and professional growth
  • Value everyone’s unique contribution and treat everyone as equally important.
  • Challenge and change perceptions and attitudes to each other.

If we apply these ambitions, we believe that children will learn to think independently, to value learning opportunities and be self-aware to understand what they are capable of.

Children will learn to foster resilience, confidence, develop a positive mindset and the skills necessary to take their place in society
