Review of Vision, Values and Professional Relationships

This resource will support you to take stock and consult with staff across the whole school community. The information gathered will provide evidence to assist the school setting out a clear values and vision statement and in identifying strengths and areas for improvement. The resource enables professionals to:

• secure a clear insight into key aspects of the school
• reconnect with the passion that drew them into teaching
• set out the school's priorities in relation to how they can influence children’s learning and promote inclusion, wellbeing and equality
• value the benefits of change by leading and supporting change
• engage in professional learning and collaboration through robust self-evaluation
• promote partnership working with colleagues who can support them to achieve shared values and improve outcomes for children
• believe in their own creativity and help develop their own wellbeing and support networks
